The Process
I've developed a process for conceptualizing, planning, and executing web solutions. I draw on skills in business strategy, technology, and user-centered design. This process includes four phases, keeping clients informed of progress and ensuring success.
- Phase I: Clarification
This is when I sit down with my client to determine the goal and scale of the project. We discuss the company objectives, define a strategic plan, and begin gathering media for the project. - Phase II: Creative Process
Here is where the plan starts coming together. I build the framework of the project, gain approval from the client, then develop and refine the elements into a working model. - Phase III: Testing
During this phase I beta test the project to sniff out bugs, make necessary changes and determine the overall success of the project goal. - Phase IV: Implementation
The site is launched and monitored byme for a period of time. Advertising campaigns, if applicable, are launched and analyzed for effectiveness. I can help clients with training to support the new solution.
